We’re in Asda over the next few days collecting much needed supplies. We’re going to be really honest with you, we’re running out of food. House of Bread currently supports nine food banks in Stafford, and sadly, demand at each of them is growing. The cost of living crisis has not gone away and we are finding it more and more difficult to meet demand. We simply do not have enough food to go round.
And so, Asda Superstore in Stafford have very kindly allowed us to be in their store asking you, the great British public, to help us. We would very much appreciate it if you would donate something to House of Bread whilst shopping in Asda. We have created a shopping list of items most in need: tinned meat, pasta sauces, biscuits, body spray, tinned veg, tinned fish, long life milk, tinned fruit, coffee, sugar, jam, shampoo, toothpaste, cordial/squash, custard and fun-size snacks.
You can find us in the Asda Superstore from today until Saturday.
