This Friday we are taking Bread Church on the road!!
House of Bread has been invited to take part in St. Mary’s Festival 2024, a celebration of musical and visual arts.
This year’s festival is called Weaving Dreams and is themed around the biblical story of Joseph, his brothers and his famous coat of many colours. Throughout the two-week festival there will be an array of musical treats, from choral singers to folk music to a children’s workshop of Tim Rice and Andrew Lloyd Webber’s Joseph and his Technicolour Dreamcoat. And much, much more. The festival runs from 22nd June until 7th July.
The real fun, however, will be had on Friday, 28th June at 11am. This is when House of Bread will bring Bread Church to St. Mary’s – and we’d be delighted if you would join us. We’ll bake bread together and share a meal in the beautiful surroundings of a Grade 1 listed building that dates back to the 13th century. And we’ll also be decorating a chandelier!
