St. Mary’s Christmas Tree Festival has begun! Beautifully decorated trees will adorn St. Mary’s from 4th-10th December with up to 100 trees on display, all decorated by local organisations, schools, shops, businesses and charities.
Our Crafty Hands group have done a stunning job of making the House of Bread Christmas tree look spectacular. Bespoke decorations hand-crafted by our friends give it a stylish look with a hand-knitted hat and scarf sitting atop the star.
Seasonal musical entertainment from local schools and music groups will be going on throughout the festival and light refreshments will be served from 10am until 3pm. If you want to get into the Christmas spirit come and enjoy the traditional choral music of the St. Mary’s Singers. The performance takes place on Thursday, 5th December at 7pm. Tickets available from Mews Music or on the door are priced at £6. Wine, beer, hot and soft drinks will be on sale as well as Stafford calendars, Christmas cards and gifts.
Come and see our tree and enjoy the festivities as we all look forward to the wonderful Christmas season to come.
